2. Discussion of the Caltrans Improvement Project on SR110 (Arroyo
Seco Parkway) as it affects recreation, culture and arts Issues in the ASNC area -
a. Impact of 110 Fwy. weekend closures on location venues and recreation
--Coordinate dates with event planning
--Identify problems and solutions
b. Design issues of the 110 upgrade
--Off/onramps’ landscaping or hardscape
--Historical accuracy of proposed light fixtures
--Signage to anchor destinations, i.e., SW Museum, Audubon, Heritage Sq., Lummis House
--Tree loss and replacement choices
c. Construction issues such graffiti abatement, coordination of detour routes

The public is requested to fill out a “Speaker Card” to address the Board on any item of the agenda prior to the Board taking action on
an item. Comments from the public on Agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered. Comments from the
public on other matters not appearing on the Agenda that is within the Board’s subject matter jurisdiction will be heard during the
Public Comment period. Public comment is limited to 2 minutes per speaker, unless waived or adjusted in the interest of fairness, by
the presiding officer of the Board.

distributed via the ASNCalert Yahoo Group (opt-in E-mail listserv).
