is the Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council?
The Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council represents, as one of the
only coalition councils in the City of Los Angeles, the communities
of Hermon, Montecito Heights, Monterey Hills, Mt. Washington
and Sycamore Grove.
Who
can vote in the ASNC elections?
A Stakeholder is anyone who lives, works, or owns property within
the ASNC boundaries, or who has a child that attends school within the ASNC, together with the sole designated representatives
of businesses or organizations that operate or own property
within the ASNC boundaries. To vote as an individual, you must
be over the age of 18 and fill out a Stakeholder Registration
form. You may register
by mail or in person (just come to a meeting).
A
business or organization may obtain forms and instructions from
the web www.asnc.us or the ASNC Registrars. No one who affirms his/her tie
to the community will be denied the chance to vote in ASNC's elections.
