What is the Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council?
The Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council represents, as one of the only coalition councils in the City of Los Angeles, the communities of Hermon, Montecito Heights, Monterey Hills, Mt. Washington and Sycamore Grove.

Who can vote in the ASNC elections?
A Stakeholder is anyone who lives, works, or owns property within the ASNC boundaries, or who has a child that attends school within the ASNC, together with the sole designated representatives of businesses or organizations that operate or own property within the ASNC boundaries. To vote as an individual, you must be over the age of 18 and fill out a Stakeholder Registration form. You may register by mail or in person (just come to a meeting).

A business or organization may obtain forms and instructions from the web www.asnc.us or the ASNC Registrars. No one who affirms his/her tie to the community will be denied the chance to vote in ASNC's elections.
