1. Opening remarks from co-chairs: Fernando Orozco, Elizabeth Herron,
2. Public comments.
3. Old Business held over from last meeting in June, 2011
4. Discussion about adding Baskets to hold bags for the dog walkers.
Suggested locations: Entrances to Elyria Park and also entrance (top) of Moon Canyon
And maybe the MT Washington School bulletin board.
5. Discussion about suggesting to DOT to add some additional signage to show speed limit in high traffic areas.
6. Discussion of Southwest Museum Campus and its status and continued closure and additional actions to restore use.
7. Request for funds for the MT Washington Elementary School Multi purpose room multi media A.V.equipment ($ 2,000.00). This request is to round out the $ 8,000 already collected by the Friends of MT Washington School.
8. Location and co-ordination of neighborhood watch signage on MT Washington.
9. Irrigation of Olancha stairs.

The purpose of the ASNC [is to]: 1) Provide a forum for discussion and review of ASNC issues and projects; 2) Engage stakeholders in deliberation and collaboration on matters affecting the community; 3) Promote participation in City governance and decision making processes, and to promote greater awareness and utilization of city services available to (ASNC) stakeholders; 4) Work with other neighborhood councils, communities and organizations on issues of common interest; 5) Advocate ASNC issues to government and private agencies, where there is widespread community agreement; 6) Inform and educate
