          I.     Welcome and Introductions -- Chair

        II.     Old Business – Follow up on issues from previous meeting

1. Update on the Arroyo Seco Bikeway and other Urban Trails
2. Ground Mounted Solar Photovoltaic installations on local hillsides

      III.     New Business –

1. Proposal funding request for up to $950 for abatement of Tree of Heaven, an invasive pest plant, in parks and along public rights of way within the ASNC boundaries by a licensed professional herbicide applicator.
2. Potential for adding new and replacement street trees through the Mayor's Million Trees for L A program.
3. Update on status of Southern California Black Walnuts and the Thousand Cankers Disease
4. Report on Los Angeles Conservation EEMP grant funded work in Debs Park.
5. Potential funding request for an Eagle Scout candidate service project in Debs Park.

      IV.     Public comments on non-agenda items, requests for future agenda items (within the scope of the   neighborhood council’s ability to address), or community announcements (2 mins. each).

        V.     Adjournment

The purpose of the ASNC [is to]: 1) Provide a forum for discussion and review of ASNC issues and projects; 2) Engage stakeholders in deliberation and collaboration on matters affecting the community; 3) Promote participation in City governance and decision making processes, and to promote greater awareness and utilization of city services available to (ASNC) stakeholders; 4) Work with other neighborhood councils, communities and organizations on issues of common interest; 5) Advocate ASNC issues to government and private agencies, where there is widespread community agreement; 6) Inform and educate community stakeholders and residents of forthcoming projects, events, and resources available.
