Brief Summary: The Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council overwhelming voted TO SUPPORT 10-0982 which will amend LAMC 53.00 regarding pet limits. Increasing limits will allow more animals to be adopted from our North Central shelter, will prevent many animals from being surrendered, and will generate additional licensing income.
