There will be a Special Community Meeting to discuss the proposed Development of Mixed-Use, Commercial / Residential (condos / rentals / stores), zoning permits at the Gold Line Avenue 57 Station (Marmion Way/Avenue 56-59) on the four city owned parking lots.

Community concerns include traffic, density, infrastructure, building height and parking, etc.

A representative for Councilman Ed Reyes is expected to present and be available for Q&A.
