- Implementation of Grant Application Process

In the interest of improving our funding process, I would like to propose that the Board implement a formal grant application process similar to that used by other funding organizations. 

The process would require that organizations seeking funding submit a form similar to the one attached attached.  I'd like to request that this be added to the agenda at our next meeting, and believe it can be considered independently of other possible proposals to rationalize our process.
