Arroyo Seco NC Approved Bylaws

Received, August 4, 2008.  Thank you.

However, please note for the record and files that the PDF of the bylaws attached and stamped as "approved" does not contain the revised bylaws submitted for approval on July 3, but is instead a outdated copy of the (old) bylaws as re-approved in April 2007 when the last stakeholder- approved amendments were requested.   As required by DONE, that version was submitted for comparison purposes only.  It should not be stamped as "approved" or filed for DONE records in the form just returned to us.

I'm again attaching the updated bylaws in PDF form, as submitted for approval this time, and as now approved (based on the letter from DONE attached to your message earlier today).  Please stamp these as "approved" instead, for all future dealings.

Also, please note that the message notifying us of approval was not sent to the e-mails of the current list of ASNC board members.  They are listed below, and anyone not listed in that bank ot e-mails (i.e., PATGRIFFIT@EARTHLINK.NET,  ladybug.lb3@GMAIL.COM) is no longer a board member and should not be receiving this correspondence. There may also be other small changes in the current e-mails of 2008 ASNC board members following, as compared to the list used earlier to advise us of bylaws approval:
