Election Procedures

FYI, for anyone not listed -- or listed incorrectly on the e-mail sent a bit ago from DONE-- our elections procedures have (also) been approved, without further changes required.   But, please disregard the attachments sent earlier from there.

After requiring the arbitary wording change in the Bylaws, last week -- for some reason they didn't make the same change in the election procedures where it lists the stakeholder definition.  Attached is that, corrected, along with the form letter of approval.  Use these -- not the other.
