The City of Los Angeles Department of City Planning is holding a Public Hearing regarding the proposed Northeast Los Angeles Hillsides Zone Change.
The proposed zone changes will provide Design Guidelines and Development Standards for all parcels within the boundaries. The zone change will also develop Land Use Regulations that will promote appropriate development in the Northeast Los Angeles Hillsides.
The zone change will be an implementation tool of the Northeast Los Angeles Community Plan, which is part of the Land Use Element of the City's General Plan.
The Public Hearing will be conducted by a Hearing Officer, who will take public testimony and any written communication received regarding the draft zone change, to allow for formal input on the matter.
The Public Hearing will be held at the Lincoln Park Recreation Center.
Following the Public Hearing, a recommendation will be prepared for consideration by the City Planning Commission and City Council for action at a later date. To RSVP, or for more information, contact:
