Here's the latest on the 22 March Forum:

As you likely know, two Los Angeles City Council committees declined to vote on whether to support DWP's proposal to raise water and power rates and forwarded the rate increase proposal to the full City Council for consideration on Tuesday, March 25. We now have a rare opportunity to hear and discuss the merits of the issue before it is decided.

At our Saturday 22 March Forum General Manager H. David Nahai will present the DWP case. You may then ask him questions.

The rebuttal will then be presented by Soledad Garcia, DWP MOU Oversight Committee Chair and Jack Humphreville, Oversight Committee member.

Also, Councilwoman Wendy Greuel will be with us to discuss traffic, transportation, and other matters.
