Should any additional information be required to conduct an audit of your submitted forms, the Funding Program Accounting staff will notify you. Once this audit is complete, the Funding Program Accountant will email you the final report for your review and confirmation.

Please note, any delays in receiving all required audit documentation and/or report confirmation may result in the delay of any pending or subsequent Funding requests. Please

make sure all submissions are complete.
