Zone Variance

The Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council voted (July 23, 2007) to support the plans of business owner Omar Mata and business partner Nickolas Mata in their effort to open an upscale coffee shop at 5526 Monterey Road, Los Angeles, CA 90042.

But the Council also stipulates that:

1.  No liquor will be sold for off site sales, and

2.  No liquor will be sold for on site consumption.
