Letter of Resignation

Hi Maggie,

As per the ASNC by-laws, I'm writing to submit my resignation as Sycamore Grove representative on the ASNC board. I have missed the last 2 or 3 meetings, and I now realize that time limitations are causing me to neglect my duties and responsibilities, and I believe that I should vacate this seat so that it can be filled by someone who can better serve.

I have enjoyed my time on the board, and I have been pleased to be able to meet and work with everyone there. As the owner of Curves on Figueroa, I am glad to know that my area is being taken care of by very loyal and committed people!

Thanks to all for the opportunity to serve. Please let me know if you need this resignation to be hand-written and mailed.
