Good morning, Jose,

The Stormwater Group of the Bureau of Engineering is proposed an "urgent necessity" storm drain project in the Arroyo Seco Neighborhood. Please see attached for the project detailed report which includes the construction schedule. The proposed storm drain systems would convey the stormwater runoff from Evadale Drive to Montecito Drive to mitigate the hillside erosion at the above neighborhood, thereby benefitting local property owners.

This is to request your assistant, if possible, to present this project to the upcoming Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council Meeting on March 26. The attached powerpoint file would help you for the presentation. Please let me know if you need additional information for his project.
