Hi Pat --

Good news, our funding folks just sent me this information about the reimbursement policy:

I understand your confusion, the bulletin was meant to enforce existing policy, not set any new ones. According to existing policy, only established board members are allowed to be reimbursed (i.e. those elected and/or appointed in accordance with your bylaws). The confusing part is that everyone has different meanings for executive, officer, board member, committee member etc. etc. My suggestion is see who your bylaws establish as board members and those would be your reimbursable members.

As a result, it appears as though non-executive committee board members can be reimbursed. If you folks have further questions, please feel free to follow up with Steve Baule.
