912 Commission (NCRC) Unanimously Supports Council Files The Neighborhood Council Review Commission last night voted
unanimously to recommend that the City Council allow any proposal
signed by 3 Neighborhood Councils to be assigned a council file
number. In addition, the Commission recommended that the system be
installed for two years and then reviewed for its effectiveness,
impact in workload, etc. The Education & Neighborhoods Committee is
expected to announce a joint meeting with Rules & Elections to
consider this motion in the next few weeks. |
