Proposed: MOTION TO SUPPORT SILVER LAKE NC – June 27, 2005   The Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council respectfully urges the Los Angeles City Council to affirm the right and responsibility of Neighborhood Councils to make proactive recommendations of matters to be addressed by the Council.  Please direct the City Clerk to (a) assign a Council File number to all official correspondence from Certified Neighborhood Councils containing original recommendations for City Council action, and (b) refer the matter to the appropriate Council Committee.
